About
I'm a Senior Product Designer based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. I work across the full arc of a product — discovery, framing, the messy middle, delivery — and lately most of that work has been about AI: how to make it feel human-centered, trustworthy, and explainable instead of just clever.
Right now I'm at Harver, where I design for both sides of the hire: the candidate-facing game-based assessments and the recruiter-facing tools that turn those results into a hiring decision. A lot of my current work is integrating pymetrics' neuroscience-based games into Harver's platform — which means designing around a validated scientific instrument I can't redesign, and figuring out how to present its model output alongside Harver's own scoring without misleading the person reading the report.
I don't think of AI as a feature you bolt onto a product. It's closer to a new medium, and most mediums take a while before we figure out their grammar. The hard part for designers right now is the gap between what a model outputs and what a person can actually trust — and most of my thinking these days lives in that gap.
"The details are not the details. They make the design." — Charles Eames
