I’m Honeylyn Tutor (or Honee for short). I’m a Senior Product Designer based in the Netherlands, working on complex products shaped by multiple acquisitions and helping bring them together into a more coherent platform and experience.
More recently, I’ve been focused on a different kind of complexity: making machine learning outputs understandable, explainable, and trustworthy.
At Harver, I design for both sides of hiring: candidate-facing game-based assessments and recruiter-facing tools that turn those results into meaningful hiring decisions. A big part of my current work is integrating pymetrics’ neuroscience-based assessments and machine learning outputs into Harver’s broader platform.

Lead product design for AI-powered hiring assessments. AI ambassador, building agents and integrating AI tooling into design workflows. Work spans candidate experience, recruiter tooling, and explainability systems.
Unified multiple acquired products into a cohesive assessment platform following acquisition.
Sole designer from startup to acquisition. Led platform rebranding, mobile-first redesign, and white-label customization at scale.
EdTech startup. Won 1st Place Apps for Asia (ADB/Microsoft) and 1st Place AppBridge (WEF). Received seed funding from JFDI.Asia.
