I design hiring experiences that help people make better decisions without losing the human side of hiring.

At Harver, I design at the intersection of behavioral data, neuroscience-based assessments, and machine learning. I help shape how candidates are assessed and how recruiters make informed decisions backed by science.

I'm also building an AI-first design engineering practice, where I prototype, refine UI in the codebase, and work closely with engineers to smooth the design-to-development process and bring ideas to production faster.

How I work?

I design and I code.

I've adapted my process to AI-assisted ways of working where the goal is a shorter feedback cycle using real and testable prototypes. Every step feeds back into the next; I design the feedback cycle as deliberately as the product.

01 Start with why

Understand the problem through research, data & conversations with users and stakeholders.

02 Prototype in code

I use AI tools to go from idea to a working, interactive prototype in hours, not static mockups.

03 Test & learn

Put something real in front of users and stakeholders early, so feedback lands while it's still cheap to change.

04 Ship together

Refine UI directly in the codebase with engineers, so what we tested is what we ship.
