Over the years, I’ve collaborated with teams from Launchpad Recruits, Outmatch, Pymetrics and Harver by building hiring tools that people actually rely on to make fair hiring decisions. My focus is on making technology more usable, trustworthy, and inclusive by designing systems that explain themselves and feel grounded in real human behavior.
